Association of Residential Security Directors
ARSD is a group of professionals with security responsibilities in residential and multi-use buildings. ARSD meets monthly at member properties for the purpose of:
Networking - exchanging information and ideas and solving problems common to all
Pooling Resources - sharing equipment, publications, training resources, etc.
Developing Guidelines - establishing hiring, training and educational guidelines for residential security personnel
Educating Members - presenting guest speakers from various disciplines to help keep members current with changing laws, new products, techniques, etc.
Establishing Professional Contacts - creating opportunities to establish and maintain contacts in private security and public law enforcement
